From concept to construction, we start by listening, presenting home plans and 3D renderings that inspire, followed by construction that will meet your budget and quality requirements. Our expertise will ensure a smooth transition to your new home.
Our business model is based on our client using their newly built custom home as an investment.
REALTOR®
As a REALTOR®, we will help you find the property that is the perfect fit for building your dream home. Avoid surprises, such as a water line not being adjacent to the lot, site drainage issues, zoning requirements or easement limitations, rock excavation, among others.
CONCEPTUAL
We are unique in providing 3D renderings, showing you exactly how your home will look in 3D. See every change you make. We’ll work with you to make sure your home is inspirational to you, proportioned correctly, and pleasant to view before starting construction.
PLANS & PERMITS
Plans are submitted to the city or local jurisdiction for obtaining the proper permits.
ENGINEERING
Get the comfort of having a team of professional structural engineers building your home, inspecting and ensuring quality. Add steel beams, concrete, cantilevers or longer spans to make your home different from others. We provide stamped engineering drawings to accommodate such features.
CONSTRUCTION
We build within schedule and budget. We combine the best design with quality materials and an experienced construction crew. Our homes are warrantied by Atlantic Home Warranty for 7 to 10 years.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Our designer will customize the interior of your home to make you as comfortable as you deserve. Travelling to more than 15 countries, speaking 4 languages, and exposed to many different cultures, our designer might have a thing or two in store to make your home design unique.
